Our terms and conditions of sale govern the provision of our real estate investment services in Spain

Triadica Partner Agency SL is a company specialized in supporting French investors in the Spanish real estate market. We offer a complete range of services to facilitate your investments in Spain.

2. Definitions

  • Vendor: Refers to Triadica Partner Agency SL, provider of real estate investment services.
  • Client: Refers to any individual or legal entity that subscribes to the services offered by the Vendor.
  • Service: Refers to all real estate investment support services offered by Triadica.
  • Price: Refers to the financial consideration due by the Client for the Services provided by the Vendor.

3. Services offered

Triadica offers the following services to support your real estate investments in Spain:

  • Personalized consulting and analysis of your investment project
  • Search and selection of properties matching your criteria
  • Negotiation and support throughout the purchase process
  • Administrative and legal assistance
  • Connection with financial partners
  • Rental management services (optional)

4. Order process

Subscription to our services follows these steps:

Registration

The Client creates an account on our platform and completes their investor profile.

Initial consultation

A free consultation is organized to understand the Client's objectives and constraints.

Contract signing

After quote validation, a service contract is signed between both parties.

Payment

The Client makes payment according to the terms agreed in the contract.

5. Pricing and payment

Fees

Our fees are structured transparently:

  • Support fees clearly defined from the start
  • Commission on property value (percentage varies by property type)
  • Service activation fees (if applicable)
  • Third-party fees (notary, translation, etc.) billed at actual cost

Payment terms

Payments can be made by:

  • Credit card via our secure platform
  • SEPA bank transfer
  • All payments are secure and PCI-DSS compliant

Price modification

Triadica reserves the right to modify its rates at any time. The applicable rates are those in effect at the time of contract signing.

6. Client obligations

The Client undertakes to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information about their investment project
  • Use the services legally and in compliance with current regulations
  • Cooperate with Triadica and provide all necessary documents within required timeframes
  • Make their own investment decisions with full knowledge
  • Honor their financial commitments according to agreed terms

7. Vendor obligations

Triadica undertakes to:

  • Provide professional services in accordance with industry standards
  • Exercise reasonable diligence in property search and analysis
  • Communicate all relevant information to the Client transparently
  • Respect the confidentiality of Client information
  • Be available to answer the Client's questions and concerns

8. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with European consumer protection legislation

The Client has a period of 14 calendar days from the signing of the contract to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to provide reasons or pay penalties.

To exercise this right, the Client must notify Triadica in writing (email or registered mail). In case of service execution beginning before the withdrawal period expires, the Client expressly acknowledges waiving their right of withdrawal for services already provided.

9. Termination and cancellation

Termination by the Client

The Client may terminate the service contract at any time with 30 days' written notice. Fees already incurred and services partially provided will remain due.

Termination by the Vendor

Triadica reserves the right to terminate the contract in case of serious breach by the Client of their obligations, particularly in case of non-payment, provision of fraudulent information, or inappropriate behavior.

Cancellation fees

Cancellation fees may apply depending on project progress and services already provided. These fees will be communicated to the Client before any termination.

10. Limitation of liability

Important: Real estate investments carry inherent risks. Triadica does not guarantee any return or result.

Triadica's liability is limited under the following conditions:

  • Triadica is not responsible for financial losses resulting from the Client's investment decisions
  • Triadica is not responsible for actions or omissions of third parties (sellers, notaries, managers)
  • Triadica is not responsible for service interruptions, technical errors, or data loss
  • In any case, Triadica's liability is limited to the total amount of fees received for the service in question

11. Intellectual property

All content, documents, analyses, reports, and materials provided by Triadica remain the exclusive property of Triadica. The Client has a personal and non-exclusive right to use this content only within the scope of their investment project.

Any reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of Triadica's content is strictly prohibited without prior written authorization.

12. Force majeure

Triadica cannot be held responsible for any delay or failure to perform its obligations resulting from a force majeure event as defined by Spanish case law, including:

  • Natural disasters (earthquakes, floods, fires)
  • Epidemics or pandemics
  • Wars, riots, or civil unrest
  • Government acts or major legislative changes

13. Personal data protection

Triadica is committed to protecting the Client's personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable Spanish legislation (LOPDGDD).

14. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by Spanish law.

Any dispute relating to the interpretation or execution of these T&Cs falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Madrid, Spain.

The parties undertake to attempt to resolve any dispute amicably before bringing it to the competent courts. A mediation procedure may be implemented if both parties consent.

15. Modifications to the T&Cs

Triadica reserves the right to modify these T&Cs at any time. Modifications will take effect upon publication on the website. Ongoing contracts remain subject to the T&Cs in effect at the time of their signing, unless otherwise agreed by the parties.

16. Severability clause

If one or more provisions of these T&Cs are held invalid or declared as such by application of a law, regulation, or following a final decision by a competent court, the other provisions will retain their full force and scope.
